Competitions like Programming in C, Programming in Java, Web Designing, Poster Presentation, Logo Designing, Moblie Application Development, Hackathon, Technical Snakes and Leaders, Gammig are organized for the purpose of igniting the robust talent and developing the spirit of ignition as a new perspective towards their life. Initiating Ignite with an inspirational purpose, the institute welcomes all the participants of the nation to participate and be a part of this process of ignition that will eventually result into emblazing experience.
So Ignite the fire within you and emblaze the hidden excellence! The event is here with Season 5.
About Charusat
Charotar University of Science & Technology – CHARUSAT is established under the Gujarat Act No. 8 of 2009, Government of Gujarat.CHARUSAT aspires to advance learning and knowledge by teaching and research relevant to the Society.
The journey started in the year 2000, with only 240 students, 4 programs, 1 institute and an investment of Rs. 3 Crores. Whereas, today, there are 32 different UG and PG Programs with more than 4500 students enrolled in 7 different Institutes. These development activities have an investment of Rs. 65 Crores (650 Million INR).
CHARUSAT consists of Faculty of Technology & Engineering, Faculty of Computer Science & Applications, Faculty of Pharmacy, Faculty of Management Studies, Faculty of Applied Sciences, Faculty of Medical Sciences. There is also an R&D Centre conducting research in the emerging sciences like Nanotechnology, Biotechnology, etc. Through its offering in professional programmes CHARUSAT educates and prepares students to realize their potential to become responsible citizens in a diverse and increasingly interdependent global world.
About CMPICA
Smt. Chandaben Mohanbhai Patel Institute of Computer Applications (CMPICA) primarily known as Charotar Institute of Computer Applications (CICA) is a constituent institute of CHARUSAT offers a 3-yr full-time Master of Computer Applications [MCA], 2-yr full-time Master of Computer Applications Lateral [MCAL], 2-yr full-time Master of Science -Information Technology [M.Sc.(IT)], 5-yr full-time Master of Computer Applications Dual Degree [BCA+MCA] and Ph.D. [full time/part time] programmes.
The MCA Program aims at developing the analytical, logical and programming skills of the student. It covers the latest technology and prepares the student for an ever-changing environment. The goal of the course is to produce professionals who will initially fill position like System Analyst, Application Programmer, Information System specialist and IT enterpreneurs. The program is delivered through a well-conceived delivery system.
The M.Sc.(IT) program aims to produce skilled professionals armed with knowledge of the core principles underlying computer science and understanding of emerging industry trends. This program is designed for students who wish to build a professional career in Information Technology. The program offers specialization in Web Technologies and Network Technologies.
